  • CONVEYING TABLE AND OVERLAP

  • LAMINATOR HOST

    The diameter of the drying roller is increased to 800mm, and the oven has a built-in stainless steel fin electric heating tube.
    The heating roller adopts electromagnetic heating system, which heats up and cools down quickly, and the temperature is stable, and the built-in temperature measuring probe can accurately read the temperature.
    The diameter of the heating steel roller is 400mm, and the pressure can be up to 12T.
    The gluing roller and metering roller are controlled and driven by independent motors, and the glue control is more uniform.
    The machine stops in an emergency, the film pressing frame rises automatically, the film is automatically reversed, and the film is not contaminated by glue. The gluing system Teflon process treatment is convenient for cleaning non-sticky adhesives.

  • CUTTING UNIT

    The paper cutter is equipped with a tension controller and an anti-curl device to ensure that the paper is flat and not curled.
    The paper cutting part contains grinding wheel, disc knife and chain knife for slitting, meeting customers' requirements for slitting films of different materials.
    The bounce roller is controlled by an independent motor, and the paper can be separated by using the speed difference.

  • NON-STOP COLLECTOR

    Adopt pneumatic paper sorting structure to ensure the neatness of the paper and facilitate the next process.
    With a reduction wheel to prevent the paper from being damaged due to too fast hitting the baffle.
    Counting electric eye, the number of running paper is displayed on the display screen at the take-up machine, which can be cleared and accumulated.
    Induction electric eye, sensing the length of the paper, if the length of the paper changes, the belt will accelerate, and the baffle of the take-up machine will overturn and lift the paper.

    AFTER-SALES SERVICE COMMITMENT

    1. The debugging of the machine shall be the responsibility of our company or the after-sales service agency authorized by Party A. After the machine arrives at the end user, the user shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning, and shall provide auxiliary materials, power supply and experienced personnel to assist Party A in the debugging work according to relevant conditions.
    2. The qualified standard for installation and commissioning is that the user shall issue a qualified certificate of installation and commissioning to our personnel.
    3. Our company will provide skill training or on-site operation training for your operators, and the training time is stipulated to be 3 days. If training services are required again after the training, the time and cost shall be negotiated by both parties.
    4. From the date of acceptance, this equipment shall be unconditionally returned within seven days if there are major quality problems, and free on-site repair with one-year product quality guarantee, except for wearing parts. The cost of replacing spare parts caused by failures or damages caused by human factors or irresistible natural phenomena shall be borne by the customer.
    5. For quality problems caused by normal use of the equipment that are not caused by human factors, we will provide timely services including telephone, WeChat, video, door-to-door service within 24 hours after receiving the repair notice from the customer until the problem is solved. Our company also provides a one-year warranty period after installation and commissioning, including spare parts
    (except for wearing parts); we will give the customer a clear solution within 1 working day. The two parties can negotiate the time for after-sales service personnel to be in place, but our service personnel should arrive at the customer's designated service location within 48 hours. If the equipment fails or is damaged due to human factors during the warranty period, the company will charge material and labor costs, and paid lifetime service will be implemented after the warranty period expires.
